Would love to do workouts with my crossfit friends on MFP. The support in our group and in crossfit the sport is amazing.

    Here's an Idea : Post a "Daily Challenge WOD" on here and ask people to post their times with any scaling necessary.

    Good Idea. Or how about we designate a day and on that day one person from the group posts there boxes wod for the day and we all post our times. It would have to be early in the A.M or late the night before.
