Sooooo, if you have time take a nap. A small siesta can prove rejuvenating for the mind and body! It does not have to be long...20minutes or if like me (I am really a cat) an hour...LOL!

This happens to me pretty much every weekend, I'll get up in the morning, run a few errands or go to Combat class, come home, sit on the couch to read the paper and next thing I know ZZZZZZZZ. Didn't happen today, although I did try, after my performance and then going to the grocery store I tried to nap but didn't get there, oh well, there's always after combat tomorrow!0

I didn't have time for a nap today, but I know for sure I'll be taking one tomorrow! I love my after church nap on Sunday afternoons. I always feel so refreshed afterwards. I just love naps in general. This is my kind of challenge. lol0

This I was able to accomplish today. Didn't expect it, but once my little dog curled up with me we were out like a light while my husband played his video game.
I am def. feeling recharged and wanting to get out and do something!!0 -
I'm so tired, I may just take a nap during my lunch break. We have a couch upstairs. I just hope I can hear my alarm to wake up0
