So I happened to get hold of a barbell and weight that next door were throwing out. Aren't that heavy weights - 5x2.25kg, 4x1kg, 2x1.25kg and I think the bar weights 4.5kg.

At present I feel ok with around 11kgs (24lbs) I know I will eventually need to start using the gym once the weigh gets to heavy. Kind of scary using that part of the gym lol

I hope I manage to stick to it. I also go to the gym as much as possible and do cardio, resistance machines and dumbbells.

Oh I'm 5ft 1.8 ins (1.57m) and 196 lbs :(
