Back to whole food eating again.

So I do love the occassional donut or truffle on special days like Valentines, I must admit that I really feel so much better when I eat healthy whole unprocessed foods. Greek yogurt and berries with granola or a spinach salad with pumpkin seeds, cranberries and an egg really gives me so much more energy to get through the day. Never thought there would be a day where I really could not stand Zaxbys or McDonalds....yet it is so long gone. Hope everyone has an awesome weekend!
