January seemed to be a tedious month. February so far is good. It looks as tho it is the month to start getting back on track and is a very positive month!. How is every one doing?

Well, I for one am pleased so far. Weighed on 2/13 and have lost 10 pounds since starting in January. Ten pounds was my first "min-goal" and I rewarded myself with a new (I'm sure more accurate) digital bathroom scale. The next ten pound "treat" I think will be a mani-pedi

My weight is good.
My macros are close to good.
Not getting much exercise.
Been feeling rundown. Getting a bit sad. Just want to feel alive and whole again.0 -
Going good. Had our vacation and only gained some water weight from the long flight home which I dropped within 2 days. My macros have been pretty good, doing better on my sodium intake, been eating cleaner(less pre-processed/boxed), and getting 6 days of exercise per week.0

I also had a vacation and put on around 4 pounds. I have lost that and am now losing again. My holiday was a real revelation in that I went scuba diving, swimming, sailing and did aqua areobics. I loved all of it and was much fitter when diving than previously. I am still really obese but can see and feel some real progress. I am going away again in around 4 months time so have a goal to aim for. Thanks everyone for your encouragement on this site. YOu are all great!0

I'm back where I was before the holidays, and trying to break through a 6-month plateau and lose the next 10 pounds by my next vacation in June.
I think I've got this maintenance thing down. Too bad that's not what I'm trying to do! ;c)0 -

Ours was also very athletic/physical/adrenaline junkie vacation. We did zip lining, waterfall rappelling, white water rafting, snorkeling, and parasailing. (And relaxing as well.....massage)
I believe for a couple of reasons. 1. I felt confident in myself (both appearance & physical capability). 2. I had told myself that I wasn't going to let my fear(of heights) hold me back from having fun and experiencing things. I knew I was strong enough mentally as well as physically due to the changes I've made to my life in the past year. Besides, who knows if I'll get those types of opportunities again and still have the health to do them.
Work toward your goal and enjoy your next vacation!0 -
What a great post! I must admit that I hadn't enjoyed a holiday quite so much in ages. It has definitely motivated me to keep going. Being so much fitter just made everything that much more enjoyable too. I have ordered my next swimming costume from Marisota and it is beautiful!
Good luck with your aims and enjoy your next holiday too. I am too scared to try ziplining!0 -

I am having the same issue.
February has been a tough month for me - lots of travel (business and pleasure) means that I get out of my exercise and eating routine. Unfortunately, March is looking even worse for travel.0 -
February, thus far, as been a mos FULL of surprises but on a positive note, this mos I have become EXTREMELY conscience of the foods I eat (much more than before). I believe this mos I'll go out with a B*A*N*G!!!0
