I'm not on the Paleo diet, and I can't judge the value of that diet or this website, but I know that some women with PCOS say that going Paleo really helped them. Anyway, there is a website that lists a bunch of doctors who apparently use these nutritional beliefs to treat illness. Many of us have a hard time finding doctors that align with our goals and issues. So if you're interested, here's the website:

It's possible that many of them are nutrition-conscious doctors who aren't militant about the Paleo diet in particular but would be able to integrate nutrition into your treatment, which sounds nice to me.
