Get Fit

Hello Y friends! How is the New Year going for everyone? Were you able to moderate or avoid all the chocolate and candies that were floating around for Valentine's day? I myself did ok... Could have done better though. February is a good time to check in with yourself and see where you are at with your goals for the year. Have you already lost that determination that you had a month ago? A lot of people say motivation doesn't last.... Neither does bathing. That's why you need it daily! What or where is your motivation and how do you keep it going?

A great way to motivate is to be part of a group. We just started our Get Fit program this last week and it's not too late to sign up! It is a 10 week program that helps you maintain that drive, track your workouts, do something different each week and be part of a group. We have a variety groups, so that you can be met at your own level. Be it just getting started to someone who is very athletic, we have a group for everyone. Each group meets once a week for an hour and has a topic for discussion and then does a workout together. Please ask any of the staff if you are interested. We will be happy to get you into a group an on your way to a healthier year!
