When is it too much of a good thing?

I'm on my 6th day of a 10-day juice fast. This is the first not good day that I've had. I've lost 10.6 lbs since I started, and that much has me a little freaked out. I have been unusually cold since day 3. While I usually only have the attention span of a gnat, it's fallen down to that of an amoeba. I would think of something and literally turn around and forget it. Yesterday was my most expenditure of calories (performing 6 hours of massages and the jogging 5 k) and I'm wondering if that has something to do with how I've been feeling today.

Has anybody else experienced these symptoms? If so, did you keep on going or alter your eating plan?
