How's your Monday?

It seems that alot of people can dread Monday, but I like to take the opposite view point and push myself harder at the start of the week. I look at it similar to the beginning of a day and the meal that you choose which sets the tone for the rest of the day. If I begin the day with an unhealthy meal I seem to find it hard to get back on track and make healthy choices.....if I choose food that is delicious and nutritious I keep my day going with great choices. Make sure to make good choices to start your day and your week. Happy Monday!!!
