Well folks by my reckoning it was week 25 last Saturday. Not many of us left on the thread but here goes, come on get back on track for the summer!
Week 25 actual wt: 195lb - a milestone for me as it gets me to 1 1/2 stone lost and 10% of my original body weight (before I joined MFP). It's also a milestone as its been over 10 years since I weighed this little (not so little I know but you know what I mean) and is just about 25% of my journey to a healthy weight achieved.
If I sound smug, believe me it hasn't been easy and I have had to succumb to regular exercise - not my idea of fun. So trust me if I can do it so can you!
