If you have not read it, there is a wonderful daily reading booklet. It has the mass readings and a meditation related to the readings. Today's reading and meditation was about "the least of my brothers". But it also tied in the first reading about the Ten Commandments. My priest purchases a bunch of these and puts them in the foyer at church for anyone to take. I just don't understand why people are not fighting over them but I never miss out on mine. If you would like to read it, you can go to wau.org and enjoy for yourself. This is one of my Lenten sacrifices...reading the Word Among Us everyday. But it is not really a sacrifice!
Today's closing prayer is this:
Lord, I don't want to be so busy looking for You that I fail to see You right before my eyes. Teach me how to find You. Jesus, draw me close to Your heart!
