Couch-to-5K!

Anybody up for a challenge?? What about a 5K??
If you're never tried before, it's more doable than you think! It's just all about working up GRADUALLY (ie, starting with bouts of 60 sec jobs followed by 90 sec walks).. AND, remembering to WARM-UP beforehand & doing some STRETCHES afterwords!!

The document at the attached link describes everything you need to know about the "couch-to-5K" running plan! If anyone wants to meet somewhere for training sometime (local neighborhood or track, etc), let me know - I just started with week 1, day 1 yesterday!
