Hello Everyone,

I just moved to Montgomery AL and I am also trying to lose weight. Anyone in the area? Do you have any idea where things like kayaking or other outdoor sports take place?

    I just moved from Montgomery to Prattville. There is a great place to kayak in Wetumpka!

    I'm in Highland Home, just south of Montgomery, but I'm always in the city shopping because there is absolutely nothing in our community....sorry, can't help with the kayaking or other outdoor stuff, though.
