i have been exercising pretty consistently this week. about an hour a day of strength training and cardio. i am incredibly sore, but for the first time in my life someone called me "skinny" yesterday. i am so motivated to keep going i have lost about 23 pounds, and have another 23 to go.. i can do this,, and so can you!0

My walking is pretty good I have walk at least a mile everyday since jan1 .0

Good exercise week. Getting up early and doing the Jillian Micheals Body Revolutions work outs. I have worked out 5 times this week- tomorrow will be day 6. I am very proud of myself. I have gone from zero activity to 5 times last week and 6 times this week!0
