Any other vegan "Soft Serves" out there?

Love the banana "soft serve" idea and figure avocado might work the same way. But are there any other frozen fruit "soft serves" that anyone has tried that have come out as successful as banana (other than plantains)?

I love banana soft serve! I like strawberries or blueberries or mixed berries with bananas and peanut butter for PB n J soft serve. SO YUMMY!!! :D Also, mango works really well and so does melon for a lighter feel. Mango with banana and pineapple with a sprinkle of coconut also is really good. I use my yonanas machine and it comes out great! Have fun with fruit "Soft serve"!

There are some places here in DFW that actually have vegan soft serve machines.

One place used to have a Tofutti soft serve machine with Chocolate and Peanut Butter. OMFG, heaven

Will probably give those a shot next. I've never been a fan of sorbets and that's what first comes to mind when going astray from something "creamy" like a banana.

We have a Tutti Frutti (soy yogurt) and their stuff is amazing. I didn't even realize it was soy until I was already hooked.

    Thanks for the responses. :)

Ditto whoever said that mango works well. It's my favourite :)

    Frozen mango cubes
    lime juice
    optional sweetener

let mango melt for 15 min to soften, add all to food processor, refreeze
