I got my squats right! So tonight’s workout, end of Week 1 is as follows:
Squats - 25 lbs 5x5
Bench - 30 lbs 5x5
Rows - 40 lbs 5x5
and I feel like going out and throwing a car around, LOL…
Not bad for an overweight weakling! :bigsmile:
I’ve been practicing the crap out of squats and without any weight, I can almost get my @$$ to the floor. Whoohoo!

Thank you!!! That video has been watched a LOT the last two days. It REALLY helped me a lot.
When the hubs saw how she did it, he was able to ensure I was doing it properly. It wasn't nearly as hard as I thought it would be!
Nothing hurts, either. Just really tired and know I will get a really good night of sleep!
In a somewhat related NSV, I was walking the hall at the office when I noticed my underwear was slipping. The leg holes were falling down my thighs, because, apparently, the waistband is loose. I am swimming in them. I got home and dug thru my drawer for some of my thinner wench britches, found a pair and can actually wear them without the waistband rolling down. :bigsmile:0 -
