Hello Team Jillian!!! How is everyone doing this week??? I am posting this week's challenge for our Team Captian LeighAnna, since she is away this week traveling for work. I am sorry for the delay on posting our Week 7 Challenge! This week's challenge will be a 2 Part Challenge:
Part 1: Physical Challenge - This week we will be seeing how many calories we burn on a daily basis! I will not be setting a goal for us...I want each of you to challenge yourselves and BURN BURN BURN!!!!! Please post on here how many calories you have burned this week. If you have the calories you have burned starting from Wednesday, that would be great!!!! Also, get ready for a little mini challenge this weekend! Who is up for that one???? Let me know
Part 2: Nutritional Challenge: Let's take this week to refocus on our food plan and log all of our foods! I feel like it is sooo pimportant to log your foods on a daily basis. It helps us to stay focused and to see where we may have made a mistake. It makes you more accountable. Again, post on here if you have logged your foods everyday. And as an added little challenge....drink your water!!! Share with your teammates how much water you are drinking daily and share any tricks you have to be sure to get your daily water intake!

Water intake: 8 glasses of water and lots of green tea

Hi Team-
Wednesday I burned 748 calories and drunk 160oz. of water. I can't help it I LOVE WATER. I have a 50oz bottle, 2 24oz bottle and a 32 ox bottle of water that I drink twice. Oh and I logged my food. I'm on day 320.:happy:0 -
wednesday-- 840 calories burned during 60 minutes of bootcamp class. i'm not sure how much water for yesterday, but i've been logging all my food every day.0

Hey Team!!! Thank you so much to Pam for all your help this week, I miss you guys!! I have totally fallen off the band wagon I have been working 17 hr days while I am here and I am beat!!! Hope this week is less crazy and I can refocus on me, I just realized I have 30weeks until I say "I Do" and I want to be healthy that day!!!! Need to refocus ASAP!!!

Friday I had 72 oz of water
Saturday I had 36 oz of water. hard to get it in on the weekend
Friday and Saturday no workout
Sunday I burned 693 calories. I had 36oz of water0 -
