OK everyone, I am inspired by convention this week to throw down a challenge for everyone starting on March 1st. Here are a few options. Let me know your favorite and I will post the challenge and the rulesk next week!

OPTION 1
250,000 Steps: Get out those Fitbits and Pedometers! That is roughly 8000 a day!

OPTION 2
Mile-a-Day: Walk or run a minimum of 1 mi each day for 31 days!

OPTION 3
10,000 Calories: Burn an extra 325 exercise calories a day for 31 days!

    Great post Allen! I vote for Option #2 or #3, with my preference being #3 (the calorie burn).

    I admit I'm probably biased because I don't have a Fitbit yet. :)
