Sleep issues sorta...

I've heard that restless leg syndrome can affect alot of pregnant women but has anyone ever had this problem in their forearms and upper back? It doesn't happen every night thank god but there are some nights when an overwhelming feeling of needing to stretch these areas constantly keeps me awake and drives me crazy because I can't get the sensation to stop. Anyone else have something similar to this problem and any ideas on what I can do about it, it's driving me crazy and making for not very many restful nights....

I don't know about arms and back, but I'm having restless legs. Usually right before I fall asleep. I have noticed that it is not so bad on days that I've worked out. Maybe my muscles are too tired to be restless?
