THOUGHTS FOR THURSDAY!!
Most of us are using the myfitnesspal tool now, and I know we are watching CALORIES, but are we paying attention to "how those calories are spread around"? Just as a reminder, the following link shows the suggested servings from each food group (based on 1600 calories) from heart.org.

When we really focus on this, we may find that we can actually eat MORE since these healthy choices are generally lower in calories!
AND... don't forget the 8 cups of water per day! ♥
