Have you re-thought your goals lately?

I have changed my goal. Having been in involuntary maintenance for nearly six months, I've determined that my body is happy more or less where it is. I have about 9 vanity (tummy) pounds that I want to get off to make me comfortable in my clothes, so that's my new target. I already feel a sense of relief. If you haven't done it lately, I highly recommend revisiting your goals to make sure they're realistic. ;c)

I have just changed mine too, having lost and gained the same three pounds for a month. My body apparently likes this weight, my brain just has to catch up! I have just stopped focusing on losing weight and am now going to focus on getting leaner and stronger - less cardio, more strength training. I am a cardio junkie though and I haven't been able to purposely go one day without it yet!0
