this is what i posted three days ago:
"i'm taking on the challenge again even though the Valentines one was a bit of a let down.
Week 1: 233 (gained 3 pounds this weekend due to drinking/bad food choices)
i'm hoping to lose 10 pounds by Easter!"
and today, i got on the scale and i am 228 pounds! that is 5 pounds in 3 days, crazy results! the only thing i did different was...changed my caloric intake from 1200 to 1500! i have been eating more and losing more weight (and no, i haven't even exercised this week). if you are on a super strict caloric intake like i was and you weren't seeing the weight come off, i strongly suggest you up the intake a little. it is working for me!
best of luck! xxxooo

Some people definitely do more with an increased amt of calories. I know I eat around 1650 and have been steadily losing. Had a bad food choice day Friday but made up for it the last couple days with being a little under. It's a process for sure!0
