Gluten Free Cosmetics & Skin Care?

Some of what I have read suggests that the gluten molecule is too large to be absorbed by the skin. However, as many things are altered in the process of making cosmetics and skincare products, I wonder if this is true in practice or should we be concerned about gluten in our cosmetics. Obviously, lipsticks would be of concern because we likely ingest some of them. But what about moisturizers, base makeup and bronzers? I've used Origins products for years, but as I am just about out of my current supply, am wondering if I should make a change. Ironically, their bronzer was recently reformulated and is now "multi-grain".

So what has been your experience? And if you do use gluten free cosmetics and skin care, what products?

Does anyone have any experience with this line?
