Meal Plans and Recipes?

Hey guys! My name's Alexa and I just started the 10 week program on Monday, and what I'm having a hard time with is planning out my meals and keeping the 5 meals a day schedule. I'm ALWAYS on the go -- I'm a commuter university student and I'm always on the move, and I don't know what I can make for a meal.
I know we're supposed to have fiber and protein in every meal, and that they have to be at least 150 calories, but I have no ideas. I'm not much of a cook, but I'm trying to learn, and so far all I can really come up with is tuna on an open-faced English muffin for a lunch, a bowl of steel cut oatmeal with blueberries and walnuts for a breakfast, or a scrambled eggs with veggies and an apple, etc.
What do you make and recommend, and how do you plan things?
Thanks so much!

Hi Alexa, the things that have helped me are:
*pre-made protein shakes
*portioned nuts
*greek yogurt
*hard boiled eggs
*fiber/protein bars
*piece of fruit with peanut butter
*some crackers with cheese sticks
I am trying to think of others, hopefully others will chime in as well.
It is almost easier to find a few things that work and just stick with them. It sounds kind of boring but I am always seeing how important "preventive" eating is to me.
Good luck!
