Eat more to weigh less

Has anyone ever tired to go on a diet an found that the less they ate, the more their weight stayed the same? I know that if we eat more vegetables and fruits we will lose weight. Try to eat at least 2 servings of plants at each meal, and see if you are fuller longer and start to lose more weight. Vegetables are the best because they do not have any fructose, and lots of important vitamins and minerals. Try to keep the fruits and veggies in their raw form, the longer you cook them the few nutrients they have left. Good luck this week, hope to see people losing some weight.
