Hi all
I am a mother of 5 from South Australia. I have 3 on the spectrum 2 of which I home school. My chicklets are as follows dd15, ds13, ds12, dd 10, dd 8. And a lovely wonderful DH who works away from home every second week. I look forward to getting to know some of you and share this journey with you.
To give you an idea of where I am at, I have a plan to drop about 34 kg in how ever long it takes, I am trying to eat right. My biggest problem is not eating very much at all and then at night starting with tea and then snacking until bed time. Home schooling the kids I do tend to be sitting for a lot of the day and find it hard to find time to exercise, my dd 10 is one I homeschool and she is the one I just don't turn my back on for long - I know those here will understand what I mean. I have been trying to squeeze in 5-10 minutes here and there during the day on the treadmill and so far that is working, but I am really struggling to get enough "healthy" foods in and hit even a basic 1200 cals a day and I really would like to aim more around the 1500 cals a day. I have been extremely surprised at the food I do normally eat is pretty good, my only down fall is the cochie, lol now I just need to actually eat and drink more often and exercise, exercise exercise.
Well that's enough about me for now. Off to some reading with the chicklet.
