waist 37 1/2
hips 46
thighs 28 1/2
but this point forward will be measuring on Fridays

5'8" ~ 151.8 pds
Waist: 31 inches
Belly: 38 inches
Hips: 36.50 -
I am 5 4" I am a woman on a mission right now, so I currently have a personal trainer who develops a program for me, measures me, and then I work at the program on my own for 4 weeks, then he gives/shows me a new one. So Jan 18/13 he measured me... then on Feb 15/13, after doing the Phase 1 of my program, he measured me again:
arm 12.5........12.38
chest 39.5....38.5
waist 35.5...33.5 !! Yahoo!
hips 41.75....40 Another Yahoo!
thigh 21.25...20.75
calf 14.5...14.25
I weighed 160 on Jan 18, and 153.4 on Fegb 15. Pounds lost 6.6
Total inches lost 5.62. Very happy 53 year old!!
Phase 2 is a killer. So I am hoping for some more good news when he remeasures me on March 15.0 -
My trainer measures the arm (bicep) - straight out beside me, palm up. (so you need help for this one)
Waist is measured at the smallest point.
Hip is measured at the point where your hip bends (so he has be lift my knee up and he pokes a finger in my hip to find the spot - yup, that tickles!!)
Thigh is x cm up from the knee...can't remember how far up
Calf is measured with me standing and putting a foot flat on a chair with calf relaxed,0 -
