do you self measure?

Or have someone measure you?
I'm sure having someone else measure you will give a more accurate result, but I know my husband won't want to measure me. He has heard my empty promises of weight loss for years now and won't believe it until he sees it. Maybe once he sees some progress, he will be willing to help with the measuring.

I have my mom measure me she used to work in ladies wear at walmart and knows how to measure correctly and give me an accurate assessment.
I would think self measuring would be hard but you could use a mirror in the bathroom and measure each area and write it to give you an accurate reading.
your name is easy to remember my sister shares your name.0 -
You might like to look up an "MyoTape". Its what I use and makes self measuring easy.

I as well self measure. I am to shy to ask my hubby to do it even though I know he would. I dont want him to see if I dont change.0
