How much do you burn?

For those of you who have heart rate monitors, how much do you burn when you do your Leslie DVDs?
I'm 5'5", 180 lbs. I burn an average of 200 calories per mile. I usually do 4-5 miles at a time, so that's an awesome workout!

That is a great burn! I'm 5'4" 134 pounds and only burn 100-125 per mile. I usually do 3 miles.0

I'm looking forward to not burning as much (aka.... getting lighter).0 -
On the 5 mile walk my HRM says I burn 359 calories. You will probably burn more because you are younger.0

I think calorie burn has more to do with weight than age.0 -
Do any of you with HRM's do the boosted miles (jogging) and/or interval miles? If so, I'm curious what the calorie burn is for them.0

I have a HRM and do boosted miles (usually the 4 mile power walk). I burn just a little over average with the boosted miles....I see the biggest burn in the 4th mile (which is just a regular mile, but my heart rate is up from the 2 boosted miles before). I average about 450 calories total burned when I do all 4 miles of the 4 mile power walk and about 10 minutes of my own stretching at the end.0

I do one of the DVDs which has a boosted walk at the end of every mile (the one with the lady who lost over 100 lbs). Calorie burn is different for everyone. Like I said, I burn about 200 calories a mile.0 -
I burn at least 180 calories per mile- just depends on which mile it is. Lol!0
