Well, as I am the only member at the moment - I will start, lol. I started my fitness journey a year ago and have lost 50 pounds. I joined MFP a week ago and can't believe the tools available here - all for free! I have another 30 to go and look forward to challenging myself and seeing what the end result will be!

Hello! I'm so glad there is one group for Windsor lol. I know a couple of people that might join so that might help
Anyway, I am looking to lose a lot of fat. I don't have a specific weight in mind since I don't agree that the scale is the be all of progress. I heavy weight train so my muscle gain is more important hehe. I am using the progress thing here for lbs lost. I just don't know how to attach it to this yet lol.
Feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like. I'm always looking for motivating friends0 -
Hi There,
I am in the London area, but I travel to Windsor frequently for work. I had a bit of a set back when my dog died, but I am back on track. I need to lose about 100 lbs, give or take. It's a lot of weight to go, but I am in it for the long haul.

Hello Everyone,
I'm from Southwestern Ontario between Chatham and London. Since I only figured out today what happened to the newsfeed, which I hate that it ended, I am looking for people to keep me motivated. I have set my mind to this being the year for me to lose the weight finally. My birthday was a week ago today, I turned 59. I have been trying, not very hard, to lose this weight for 31 years. I would have a good week maybe a month and then fall into bad habits again. I decided on my birthday that I am determined to do this right before I turn 60. I figured if I lose a pound a week I could get to my goal weight easily. So in the first week I have lost 2 pounds. When I weighed in last week I was 239 today I was 237.0
