Not eating enough

The common theme this week that I noticed was that quite a few of our group are not eating anywhere enough calories, its really important to eat at least 1200 calories per day, eating less than this does not help to achieve weight loss or weight maintenance. So for health happy body make sure you eat enough - balancing out your calories during the day will also help so aim for approx 300 calories per main meal and 2 x 150 calorie or 3 x 100 calorie snacks per day.

Make sure you include carbs and protein in each of your main meals and eat only 2 to 3 pieces of fruit a day.
