Starting TurboFire Prep tomorrow!

Anyone want to join me? I think I'm in ok shape but I'm going to start with Prep and see how I feel after a week. Soooo excited!

    i've been doing the prep schedule for almost 5 weeks now! it is a workout in itself and i'm not horribly out of shape either! just wanted to ease back into things after my pregnancy! i have lost 9.4lbs and 3.5 " so far!

    Dang I am on day 8 and I just dove in. It has been hard but it is totally doable....I am loving it:bigsmile:

    yeah some people like to dive right in which is not a problem at all. the prep schedule is a 9 week schedule that has minimal HIIT workouts but helps you work up to the full on intensity of everything. It uses most of the same dvd's though...just saves some of the more difficult ones for later. It is still very intense...and it extends the program 9 weeks longer which is a huge bonus!!

    congrats! You'll have a blast! I'm already in week 5 of my 20 week schedule that includes the advanced dvds so I can't do it along with you- but come join the chat thread! Plenty of ladies to talk to every day over there about the workouts.
