    Ah, I think I've gained weight. Jumping between 215-217. But I adjusted my calorie intake and have been working out. I feel like I've lost some inches.

    Only down .5 pounds. I am firmly blaming this on PMS. lol. I'm going to try and get some extra exercise in this week as my schedule was hectic this weekend.
    I'm also waiting for my 30 Day Shred DVD to arrive! Watch out!

    A little frustrated this morning because I was down to 156 on Wed then I started running this weekend and put on weight!
    Seems whenever I really get into exercising where my muscles get sore, I gain weight. Ugh.

    I haven't weighed in for a couple of weeks now (since the end of the last challenge). I'll make sure to weigh in this coming Saturday, so don't be surprised if it's a larger jump than normal...hopefully in the right direction :D

    Man, talk about falling of the wagon! I haven't weighed in for a while.. Today was 148.6. I'm guessing it has a lot to do with the box of fried chicken I polished off over the weekend...:tongue: Hopefully I'll figure out some better ways to deal with this semester's stress than eating and feeling bad about myself!

    I weight in on Saturdays and I am trying not to get on the scale more then that but I used my starting weight from a Saturday and when i weighed in this week I had lost 2lbs yay!!!!
