    After I had some weight loss I started eating recklessly. For example my husband had coupons for burger king so i got a whopper and fries and i don't even like it. And I stopped trying to get in steps. It was almost like self-sabotage. Anyway I'm really going to try to get back on track.

    Hi All.

    Bought a FitBit and WOW! It keeps you accountable! I LOVE IT....Got in trouble for losing to much weight this week, though.
    Saw my Doctor today and he was very happy with me. I know I've said it before, but MAN do I like this guy. He's so helpful!

    Hi everybody, I have been missing in action lately, but here is my latest report:

    I gained 1.8, but overall since the challenge start, have lost 14.2. I am changing my challenge goal as well. I think 255 is a bit more realistic given how my body is working lately. If I make it, that's 25 pounds on this challenge.
    After my weighin on Monday, I also plan to keep off the scale and just focus on food and exercise for the week. I did that a few weeks ago, and it worked well.
    Anyway, happy healthy March everyone.

    It took 4 weeks to have a loss again. Very happy but I need two in a row. So I will be working out again 6 days, drinking 80 oz of water daily and eating healthy.
