Getting back on track

Hi everyone!
I was just invited to this forum, which is really great because I haven't met anyone who uses MFP. Add me if you'd like to share mutual support! It's always needed
I've been using MFP for a couple years, but ever since I came to France to study in September, I stopped using it. I just wanted to enjoy the food here, yaknow. Well, that includes A LOT of cheese, bread, and wine. So despite the increase in walking and biking, I've put back on all the weight I've lost. Just a few days ago, I finally got fed up with my clothes not fitting how I'd like them to, and now I'm back to logging in and tracking my meals.
Exercise has been difficult too because before, I had access to a gym at my college. But here, I don't, and it's super cold outside. Anybody have any tips for motivation? Or ideas on how to exercise during the winter without a gym membership?
I'll be back in Indy in June, and hopefully I'll be back to the size I prefer, just in time for summer!

I am in love with the "walk away the pounds" dvd....there is a few of them and you don't need a lot of room to do them.... I do them in the kitchen...0

Have fun in France! If I had to gain weight that sounds like the place to do it. You can find some good exercise videos online on Youtube, or on Sparkpeople. The walking with Leslie Sansone is on there, plus many others.0
