I'm not weighing myself anymore... although with all this m/s.. i'm sure I've lost some..

    Week 5- 178lbs- 1 pound down
    Week 6-176lbs- 2 pounds down (3 total)
    Week 7 - 175lbs-1 pound down (4 total)
    Week 8- 173lbs- 2 pounds down (6 total)
    Week 9- 172lbs- 1 pound down (7total)

    Had a better week this week. Going on a trip in about ten days, so I'm trying to really focus and see if I can break into the 170s before we go.

    1/29/13: 159.4 Whoa. I think this is mostly water retention from way too much sodium in the past week.
