- Here’s part of your Challenge for today and everyday this week, SMILE, SMILE :smile: look in the mirror at yourself and practice smiling, this works, pick a nice one, one that you like, one that you think makes You Look Gooooood and then go out into the world and practice smiling at other people and see what happens, you’ll freak them out, see how many of them smile back at you, keep count :smile:
