Nutritional Values for Homemade Juices?

Just wondering if anyone out there has found a good way to calculate the nutritional values of their homemade juices for entry on MPF's food diary.

I've heard/read that you subtract 4 calories for every gram of fiber contained in all the foods you juice, but how does juicing affect the other nutritional values besides calories?

Searching online did not come up with much useful info. How do you calculate/estimate the nutritional values of the juices you make?
