Hi:
When walking with the DVDs how do you log the exercise? I've been putting 4 or 5 mph, very brisk pace. How do you guys log?
Thanks

Hi, When I do the 3 mile walk or less . I usually, put 3.5 mph. It about 200 calories. If you see that you are burning more then that because of your pace. I think 4 is about right! It depend on your speed. Are you going her pace or faster? I love to walk! I do her videos when I can 't walk outside. Ok, Hope this was helpful! Maybe somebody has a better idea! Best wishes!0

Before I got my HRM, I would log it as low impact aerobics because that's what it is. It's not really "walking" per se.
I would recommend getting a Heart Rate Monitor so that you'll know for sure how much you're burning.0 -
I was logging it as either a 3-3.5 mil per hour walk before I got my heart rate monitor. Since getting my heart rate monitor, I'm logging it as 4-4.5 mile per hours walk (as the calorie burn for those is closer to what I'm getting on my heart rate monitor) and then manually adjusting the calories to match those on my HRM. I love my HRM and knowing that I'm not guessing my calories out!0
