I couldn't help but notice that although your group has a strong Queens-based Mum membership, it is somewhat lacking in the Australian Dad department.

Fortunately for you, I am willing to step in and fill that void!

    ALSO--I am disciplined about YOUTUBE, NO EQUIPMENT WORKOUTS--don't need a gym or time to work out --- No more excuses. 15 minutes all it takes
