What is your biggest challenge?

So, what is your biggest challenge? What is causing you to not be POP?

My biggest problem was finally getting back on the scale, forgetting what I lost before, and allowing myself to move ahead.

I had to acknowledge my weight, as if my clothes getting tighter wasn't the biggest clue, I finally had to have a new start.

I had to get the processed junk out of my system. HAD to! Did I want to? HECK no! Did I need to? If I was going to get back on track, this was my first step. I'm a firm believer that you can eat anything in moderation, but if you want your motivation back, eat POP, no excuses. See what happens. Be honest now, you can't allow crap in your body and expect to change. Cold turkey cut it off. You know what to do!

Commit! Verbally (or in this case typingly (what?!?) announce what your plans are in this forum. Log in to MFP, every day. If you are struggling, don't be ashamed. Someone might be able to help you. If you had a bad day, your co-worker stabbed you in the back, your kids won't do their homework, hubby didn't notice your clean house, vent away. Get it out here, so you can focus on yourself there. You can do this. If I can do this, anyone can do this.

If you join here, participate, that way we know you are still here. If you are going on vacation, unexpected leave of absence, if you possibly can, let us know. We just want to know that you didn't let one bad meal turn into a week, a month's, or a years worth of damage (I speak from personal experience).
