Hello all,
I just wanted to let you know I haven't forgotten you. I'm taking some time to design a quick routine to let you use the basic movements you've learned so far and really dance with them.
After that, I'll be moving on to more advanced moves. Some of those moves will include dancing in relevé(lifting your heels off the ground and dancing on the balls of your feet) Take some time and try your shimmies and travel steps this way. It will strengthen your calves.
