Level 1 Day 1 Done. I forgot how much I hate jumping jacks, but getting up and getting some exercise in first thing felt amazing. Now it's time for some water and coffee.:drinker:

Well, I'm a little ahead of some people because I started 30DS on Monday so I'm on day 5 today but...................
Day 1 was not so bad. I did it the whole way through with only stopping once to catch my breathe for a few seconds during the first cardio!!! My legs felt like jello afterwards but I felt great!!

Question for people???
Is everyone planning on going all the way through without taking a days break or are people planning on taking a break? I'm curious to see what everyone's plan is!!!0 -
I also started on Monday took a break on Wednesday because my legs hurt. ( I haven't exercised in a while) so I did it again on Thursday and today. I'm going to continue level one for the next 10 days and then move one to the next. I purchased Turbo Fire and I want to start that after I finished this.0

Jennkoz529 - I'm also on day 5. I'm a little frustrated because the first time I did 30DS (made it to day 16...) I ached like hell and it got me super sweaty. Now I'm a little achy in the thighs but I hardly get out of breath and I'm really pushing myself... I'm going to hack it out and hope that Levels 2 and 3 will get me sore (that sounds a bit weird, huh?!) I'm not taking rest days in Level 1 because of this, but after that I will take Sundays to be a rest day

Well, Day 1, Level 1 completed... I DID IT!!!! I've tried before but gave up halfway through. Yippee for me!
Now, off to ride the exercise bike too - have I completely lost it?

Got a late start on 30 day Shred, started today 3/6.
Do you think if I did it twice a day for the next few days that it would "catch me up"?Christy
