March 15th will mark exactly 2 months I've been crossfitting. And March 30th will mark my first competition (charity)!! I am so freakin nervous. Not sure what I was thinking when I signed up. I'm going to be doing the Individual WOD. Thinking I will do ok on everything but the 75# hang cleans. Last time I did hang cleans I got up to 65#. I need to put in extra work on those. Anyone have advice for how to train for something like this??

Good for you! You are so brave. I bet you will do great, and be amazed to see how much you've progressed since you started.
I'd love to try the Crossfit Open Games, but I've only been going for a month so it seems too soon for me.
