Hi All,
If you want to track your starting point for weight and body fat feel free to stop by my office - I brought the scale in.
Please don't move the scale- it has to be calibrated when it moves.
Also, to measure body fat % you need to be barefoot- Don't worry I have Clorox wipes in here so you can clean it off when you're done
