Mommy Workout/Accountability Group
Ok Mom's. I've been wanting to pay it forward and help other mom's that need some guidance, support, friends, someone to relate to, etc. I am creating a facebook group dedicated to this very purpose.
What you can expect - weight loss challenges, workout and nutrition tips, other mom's to support and talk to, a place to come each day to meet other moms to escpae some of the stresses of mommy hood :-), and much more. This will be a group available to come to each and every day when you need it.
If you're interested in joining me please message me and I will link my facebook page to invite you. Also if you're not into a group setting, reach out to me please because I am here to help however I can. It's my mission to help other mom's meet their goals and find themselves again!!
