Ladies,
I see quite a few women post that they cannot afford a squat rack...so I thought I'd post the link to where I got mine. It's from a company called New York Barbells, and with shipping came out to $170, I believe. I know it's not super-cheap, but if you're serious about lifting you might want to invest in one. It's pretty basic, but does the job.

Thanks! For me at least, also no room for one. I workout in my kitchen. Lol!! We have a tiny row home in Baltimore with a dark dirt outdoor entrance basement.
BUUUUT...I'm all about no excuses, so I found lifts that will work for me! I will keep this link for the future though. We don't plan to live here forever.0
