Hi! My name is Nikki and I live in Zionsville. Just got back to using MFP when I started Taoput XT. Anybody else doing this program? It's awesome! Look forward to talking with ya'll!

    Welcome to the group! I'm not doing Tapout XT, I'm not sure I've heard of it... is it related to MMA type Tapout?

    Welcome! Can't say I have heard of Tapout XT either, but hay, this is a great place to learn about different things out there!

    It's an MMA based 90 day program by Mike Karpenko. I've done Insanity, Turbo Fire and a lot of other programs and this is by far the best!
