It's Friday. What does everyone have going on this weekend? As of right now I just know I have softball on sunday. The rest is TBD.

First date tonight, and cocktail party my friend is hosting tomorrow night, and Sunday will be studying all day for my first biology test.

Tonight is workout/chores/chilling night. Tomorrow morning a friend is coming over, then Rufio has a puppy play date, followed by class and finally volunteering. Saturday night will be mostly packing and preparing for getting everything into storage. Sunday morning is volunteering again - then I'm meeting my BFF for souplantation followed by movies and a creative bacon dinner.

    Full weekend!

Not much which is saddening. This is my ex's weekend to have my daughter and a really don't have much going on. :( I have kickboxing in the morning then a birthday party in the afternoon for a friend's daughter and then another birthday party in the evening for a family member. I might try to meet up with some friends after the party for drinks or something. Sunday I was hoping to go hiking but the weather isn't cooperating so it is entirely too muddy to hike and would probably get rained on anyway.

Tonight - running errands and maybe stopping by a bar for a co-workers going away party
Tomorrow - Road Tripping to Cincinnati for Bock Fest for an overnight stay.

Still awaiting a call about 2 out of the 3 interviews I had - there has been speculation all week that I may be getting offers soon, but I think they are afraid to pull the trigger because it's 2 different sections in the same company. They want to know I'm in it before making an offer - basically who ever gets off the pot first, wins with me. They are both on a level playing field...

Tonight going to GNC, and Walmart and spending time with my new puppy (the pic)
Sat and Sun hanging around the house with the fur babies, mowing my front yard and back yard again. Work on training the puppy, and just enjoying my fur babies.

Mowing the yard AGAIN on March 1. I think I'd take that over 34 degrees and snowing/freezing rain. My yard probably won't need to be mowed until late April though.

Nothing Friday, just going to clean my apt as I have some friends coming this weekend.

Saturday, helping with a special olympics basketball tournament wherever I am needed for the morning.

Sunday, having friends come over and then heading to trampoline dodgeball as a group. They are curious how it is.

And all weekend trying to flex and bend my finger that is fractured. Was told to take the splint off and need to start working it out.

I spent today running errands and LOVING it! The stitches came out of the knee yesterday and I was given the go-ahead to slowly resume normal activity. I am walking with the assistance of one crutch, but am ready for it to be gone. I ran errands that everyone will think are boring, but meant a lot to me. And, I had lunch with my daughter at school. I hadn't planned to because I did yesterday, then a girlfriend called to say she was going to see her son, so I needed to step up. lol It ended up being great. I got the biggest hug and smile for that quick 30 minutes. :)

Tomorrow we'll be shopping for baseball gear for the two of them....practice starts next week, so my schedule is about to get insane.

Sunday is church and then possibly a movie (if the monkeys get their bedrooms clean tomorrow). :) And, I'll also be getting everything ready to go back to work on Monday, which I am dreading. I was out for 2 weeks and it really didn't seem like it. I'm a little worried as a federal employee as well with all the budget cuts. I texted the boss yesterday to see how realistic the furlough looked for us. He said we wouldn't be, but I keep reading things in the paper that say otherwise. That was the only bad part of being out so long..... right before I left, I knew exactly what was going on and now I feel like I'm completely in the dark.
