    Hey Dawn! Wow, I am very impressed with your weight loss this far. It's inspiring!

    I just recently started to work out and only this week decided I had to change my diet on top of it. I'm military and work out on base, but I'd love to find some people in Lacey/Oly who might want to do some hiking trails or something a couple or few times a month.
